Full-Time Financial Service Representative - La Crosse Branch

Location: La Crosse, WI

About Us:
At Firefighters Credit Union, we’re committed to providing our members with outstanding financial products and services, while creating a supportive and positive work environment for our team. Due to our continued growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Financial Service Representative.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone.
  • Open new memberships or add accounts for existing members.
  • Maintain and update savings, checking, certificate, and IRA accounts.
  • Provide support for consumer and business loan operations as needed.

Schedule:
Monday through Friday, with shifts between 7:45 AM and 5:45 PM.
Occasional Saturday morning shifts may be required.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • A desire to grow and build a long-term career with us.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in banking or a related field required.
