Due to our continued growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Financial Service Representative.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone.
• Act as the main point of contact for members opening new accounts.
• Assist loan officers with taking applications and processing loan documents.
• Help out on the teller line as needed.

Schedule:
Monday through Friday, with shifts between 7:45 AM and 5:45 PM.
Occasional Saturday morning shifts may be required.

As part of our growth, we are seeking a New Accounts and Debit Card Specialist to join our team at the Holmen Branch. This role is perfect for an individual who values providing outstanding member service and thrives in a detail-oriented, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for debit card-related inquiries for both members and staff.
• Manage debit card operations, including ordering new cards, overseeing issuance, and verifying transactions.
• Track and resolve cardholder disputes and analyze fraud reports.
• Open new memberships or add accounts for existing members.
• Maintain and update savings, checking, certificate, and IRA accounts.
• Provide potential support for consumer loan operations as needed.

Schedule:
Full-time, 38-40 hours per week.
Monday through Friday schedule, with occasional flexibility as required.
Daily attendance is crucial for individual and Credit Union success.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone.
• Assist members with banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
• Provide support to ensure smooth branch operations and member satisfaction.
• Help maintain accurate records and follow operational guidelines.

Schedule:

• Part-time: 10–15 hours per week.
• Flexible schedule during peak hours: Monday through Friday, between 7:45 AM and 5:45 PM.
• Rotating Saturday morning shifts.
• May occasionally assist at other branch locations.

• Previous cash handling or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
