Job Overview
Full-time Head Teller position available! Are you ready to work for a place that can make a difference?? How about a place that appreciates you?? We have a great opportunity for you! Due to continued growth, Firefighters Credit Union is looking for a professional and enthusiastic full time Head teller to take care of our valued members in Onalaska! If you are looking for that type of work environment, then we are looking for YOU!! We are looking for the right candidate to provide excellent customer service in person and on the phone, while processing all types of banking transactions.

What You’ll Do:
- Ensure staff are trained and understand products.
- New Accounts/IRAs
- Analyze credit reports
- Assist tellers in complicated transactions & sensitive member issues
- Monitor drawer balances and complete monthly audits
- Stay current on compliance regulations, and policies
Schedule:
- Full-time: 40 hours per week
- Monday through Friday, with standard business hours
- Occasional Saturday mornings
What We’re Looking For:
- Cash handling and basic customer service experience is preferred! (A proven work history goes a long way!)
- Must have a positive, upbeat attitude and be ready to learn!
- Candidates should also have attention to detail and be well organized!
- We are looking for someone who wants to grow with our credit union, and stay long term with our organization.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Competitive pay based on experience
Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
