If your card is lost or stolen, please notify us and call 1-800-523-4175.

Firefighters Credit Union has block the usage of our MasterCard Debit Card in countries where the possibility of fraud is extremely high, or where an exceptional number of fraudulent transactions have originated. If you will be traveling internationally and want to find out if you are able to use your card at your destination, please call (608) 784-9480 before you go.
